Juan Fernando Lucio, director de PASO, publicó un artículo en IntechOpen donde reflexiona sobre la perspectiva de reincorporación del Acuerdo de La Habana (2016), e introduce el modelo de PASO para apoyar la reincorporación económica colectiva.
